Position: New Business Sales Executive /Business Development Executive
Experience: 2-4 yrs
Location: Hyderabad, India
As a sales executive with the “hunter” profile to sell software testing services and solutions, consultancy services into clients ranging from small digital agencies through to public sector organisations and corporates. You will be responsible for finding all your own leads but will have all the marketing and technical support you would expect from a well-established company.
- Responsible for qualified lead generation through online (cold calling/ email/ networking/ webinars) in global market
- Perform against given sales targets, reviewing regularly with line manager and raising any issues ahead of time
- Strong experience with target market researching activities
- Respond to RFIs/ RFPs
- Responsible for monthly leads/pilots targets
- Responsible to convert conversations into the trial projects with potential clients
- Delivering documents, presentations and business cases to meet client expectations
- Maintain relationships with key contacts in customer organizations for further account growth and new opportunities
- Customer research and opportunity analysis based on the strategies.
- A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture.• Reports to Manager- Business Development.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BBM/ MBA in Marketing/International Business
- Proven track record of results for 2-4 years of selling IT services to the global markets.
- Highly energetic business development professional who would like to take up lead generation activity.
- Cold calling experience
- Enthusiasm, drive, motivation
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Maintain focus and priorities while handling multiple tasks
- Must work in shifts and be flexible to change (2PM – 11PM)
- Have a passion for performance, a desire to excel and a hunger for sales
